Our service to you is primarily one of education. Our goal is to give you a better understanding of the physical condition of the property so that you can make a well-informed decision. We will also strive to keep our findings in perspective…after all a cracked pane of glass does not have the same implications as a cracked heat exchanger on a furnace. We will provide you with a complete comprehensive report, summary report, all within a few hours.
Remember this is not an appraisal, an environmental audit, warranty or building code inspection; however, we do have access to the latest Ontario Building Codes and can give some guidance in this area.
Our inspections cover all the major systems of the property including structure, exterior, roofing, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing, and interior components. Bernier 3D Inspections follows CAHPI® (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) standards of practice. This ensures a consistent approach to reporting, and gives you a good framework as to what is incorporated within the report.
